Emma Stone
Emily Jean Stone was born to Krista Jean Stone and Jeffrey Charles Stone in Scottsdale, Arizona, on November 6, 1988. She is a homemaker. Jeffrey Charles Stone is the CEO and founder of the contracting company Stone Contracting. She has Swedish as well as British Isles origins. Stone began acting as a youngster in Phoenix's Valley Youth Theatre. There she performed her first stage performance in "The Wind in the Willows" by Kenneth Grahame. Through her teens, Stone was a part of numerous stage productions before she decided to make acting her profession. Officially, she designed an PowerPoint presentation, supported by Madonna's "Hollywood" and titled "Project Hollywood", to convince her parents to let her go to school and relocate to Los Angeles. After the presentation was accepted, she and her mom moved to LA. She continued her education at home, and also auditioned. Her TV debut in 2004 when she was chosen to play the character as Laurie Partridge on the VH1 talent/reality show In Search of the Partridge Family. This brought her a host of minor TV roles in the years to follow. After a string of successful performances she was chosen to portray the character of Jules in Superbad (2007). Her popularity was as Olive was a highlight of her role in Easy A (2010) followed by several more roles. She attended Xavier College Preparatory, Phoenix, Arizona. While she's referred to as a redhead, her real hair shade is blonde. Judd Apatow was the one who suggested she change her natural hair color for Superbad (2007). It was so well-received , she chose to keep her hair. When she was 15, she persuaded her parents to allow her to move to Hollywood by putting together the PowerPoint presentation that was appropriately named Project Hollywood. At 11 years old she started acting at the Valley Youth Theatre, Phoenix, AZ. There, she starred in 16 stage productions and performed in the comedy group improv. Caylee Cowan was also an actor at the Valley Youth Theatre.
